FOCUSED. We KNOW and LOVE classics. 99% of shops in America don't even want your classic in their shop. Why? Because late model techs are NOT classic auto techs. They don't want their techs to touch your classic vehicle. And neither do you. They don't really know what they're doing and they don't want to be responsible for your classic. Not us. All we have done for decades is classic cars and trucks. That's our specialty.
PERSONAL. We schedule projects ONE at a time through our unique process. We are organized, focused, and your project gets our full attention every step of the way. Our owners personally manage your project start to finish, from drop off to parts to work to billing to payments to updates to photos to quality control. Every step of the way. PREDICTABLE. We give you a WRITTEN ESTIMATE of time and cost to budget and plan for everything we do in advance. Yes, you read that right. Unlike everyone else we don’t do open-ended (endless) billing. You will always know your plan, parts, timeframe and budget before we start any and every step in the process.
EXPERIENCED. We have been doing this for decades. Our owners personally manage each project start to finish. Classics is what we do and what we love, always have, always will. Your 100% satisfaction is our only job and objective. We are going for WOW! Everytime.
AFFORDABLE. Our labor rate is ONLY $115 per hour, which is below the current national averages of $150 classic and $195 late model and up, and is especially low for our type of quality and work. And parts, materials, supplies and sublet are billed straight off receipts at our cost, usually wholesale pricing, plus only 30% mark up. Most shops charge retail plus 30% or more. Not us. You get a detailed invoice of all work done each week. Most shops have no idea exactly what was done and where your money went, especially on a weekly basis. Not with us. You see the detail on everything done and spent all the way. There are no big surprises with us.
*Plus our initial deposit to start is ZERO. We don't want to sit on a bunch of your money. We work, you pay, weekly, pay-as-you-go, time and materials, cost-plus, simple. Other shops will ask for huge deposits in advance to start. Why? That should be a RED flag to you. Not with us.
ACCOUNTABLE. We send you updates and invoices WEEKLY. Every step is agreed to in advance and accounted for weekly. You always know where you are on your project. And where your money went, to the penny. WE SHARE ALL OUR RECEIPTS WITH YOU. YOU SEE ALL OUR COSTS!
GUARANTEED. Unlike everyone else we give you a WRITTEN WARRANTY on ALL our work. In fact, we offer America's Only FOREVER Restoration Warranty. TM If it’s done right, then it will last, and we guarantee it. Other shops will tell you it can’t be done, but that’s just not true. Written estimates and written warranties can be done in classic auto repair, service, restoration and builds. When the work is done RIGHT! Why would you not get a warranty when spending this much money on anything, especially your dream ride.
